Housing will be provided at the Orthodox Academy of Crete. You should state your preference for single/double accomodation on the registration form. There is a possibility that we might have to put you in a double room, in which case you might state your preferred roommate on the registration form. Prices for accomodations:

| shared double room (full board): | 75 Euros/day |
| shared double room (full board) for graduate students: | 50 Euros/day |
| extra accompanying person | 30 Euros/day |
In order for your reservation to be confirmed, you must pay 100 EUROS towards the cost of your stay BEFORE June 30, 2004. You have two options:

You may send a check payable to the order of the ORTHODOX ACADEMY OF CRETE in EUROS. (Checks in other currencies will be charged a fee that is country-dependent. To avoid surprises ask your bank to emit the check in Euros).
The check should be sent to the address found here. Send it preferably by registered mail since the postal service in Crete leaves a lot to be desired. Make sure you include your FULL name and the name of the conference (RTN2004) in your payment so that you will be identified. Reception of your payment will be confirmed by email.

Payments at the academy can be made in one of the three following ways:
In cash (Euros, preferred)
By check (in Euros Only)
By Cedit Card (MASTER CARD AND VISA, a surcharge of 2.5% applies here)
Those that pay a registration fee will be required to pay it in cash only (Euros) upon arrival.
