ACCOMODATION

  • Housing:
    • A small number of furnished studio apartments near the beaches west of Heraklion are available. They have a little kitchen with a small table and the necessary utensils to cook and eat at home, bathroom and two single beds and can in principle accomodate two students each. They are located at a distance of about 3 km from the University with rather regular bus service towards and from the University.

      The rent for these apartments is about 324 Euros per month. So, in case of double occupancy the cost will be 162 Euros per person.

    • There is a large number of hotels in the area. Their prices start from around 25 Euros per day including breakfast. A list of hotels can be found here.
  • Meals:
    • Students of the ISHEPAC can take advantage of the Student Restaurant of the University and have all their meals there for about 70 Euros per month.
    • Otherwise, one may go to the restaurants fo the region around the University or downtown. An average meal there costs around 8-10 Euros.
