General

The conference venue is the Hotel Achaia Beach situated at the sea-front just outside Patras and it overlooks the modern bridge of Rion-Antirion. Details about the location, infrastructure and facilities offered at this venue can be found here. Achaia Beach belongs to the Airotel Group with hotels in other parts of Greece too.

Registration

Registration is by invitation only. Please contact the organizing committee.

There will be a registration fee of 100 euros for all participants which is payble in cash upon arrival. Accompanying persons need not pay for registration.

Accomodation

The participants are expected to reside in the Achaia Beach hotel unless they prefer to find other forms of accomodation on their own. The lectures will be held at the same unit in order to maximize interaction among the participants. All meals will also be offered there with the exception of the banquet.

Accomodation (full board) will cost approximately 100 euro per day. Accompanying persons will be charged about 30 euros per day.
